The registration fee includes all course material relating to the CityDNA Summer School, as well as 4 hotel nights, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners for the duration of the course as stated in the programme.
Please note that Wednesday evening is free for students, dinner is not included in the fees.
Any personal expenses made during your stay and outside of the programme are to be directly covered by the participant. Travel expenses are not included.
You have until August 18, 2025 to register online and until June 20, 2025 if you wish to benefit from the early bird fee. All registrations should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee.
To maximise networking opportunities, we will be preparing an event booklet with background information about each participant. Thank you for sending as soon as possible your bio (150 words maximum), as well as a high resolution picture of yourself that will be included in the booklet to Julie Clerc.

In case of cancellation by August 1, 2025, a cancellation fee of 150 € will be charged. From August 2, 2025,
no refund will be made. However, you may send a substitute in your place. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
